     We cater to relocated personnel by arranging accommodations in private homes and furnished apartments throughout northern and central New Jersey. You don't have to spend time reading the newspaper listings -- the several hundred people who list in our network do not advertise their accommodations in newspapers.

     You can choose between a furnished apartment complete with kitchen equipment, towels, linens, and phone, or a guest room in a private home where the owners have extra rooms and welcome guests. Amenities in a private home usually include laundry and kitchen facilities, and the use of a porch, patio, or TV room.

   Rates vary, but always compare favorably with expensive commercial establishments. For example, in northern New Jersey, rates for a guest room in a private home generally range from $650 to $900 per month. Studio and 1 and 2-bedroom apartments range from $950 to $3500 a month. Call or e-mail us for rates in other areas.  You can stay one month -- one year -- as long as you need.
